Work carried out within normal working hours (08.00 – 16.00). Outside these hours, an evening/night or weekend surcharge applies.

Prices are based on armaments of up to 1½% of the total drilling area. In the case of heavier armament, a surcharge to be determined will be charged.

Prices do not include groundwork, chopping and crushing, cleaning of the workplace, removal of debris unless otherwise agreed.

Sizing and marking of milling, drilling and sawing work are the responsibility of the client.

We Slopen nu is not liable for direct or indirect damage in any form whatsoever that occurs in the milling, drilling and sawing work signed off by the client. Likewise, there is no liability for the release of cooling water or other liquids, the occurrence of weakening and subsidence of structures.

The work site must be ready for use at the start of the work. This means that taping / covering of materials etc. and the removal of objects that could interfere with the work is the responsibility of the client. Unless otherwise agreed.

The removal of drill cores and/or sawn blocks must be carried out by and/or at the expense of the client, unless otherwise agreed.

Water and electricity must be present. If this is not the case, we can bring this ourselves and this will be charged to the client.

Glass in homes or buildings must be covered by the client to prevent damage.

Waiting hours, which can not reasonably be attributed to we demolish now, will be passed on to the client.

The client must provide a free parking facility in the vicinity of the workplace. Any costs for permits are for the account of the client.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 days. Subsequent complaints will be dismissed as non-existent.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

We demolish now applies a payment term of 30 days.
