Concrete floor demolition costs

What does it cost to demolish a concrete floor?

The price for the demolition of a concrete floor ranges from € 25,- up to € 45, - euro per m2. It is therefore impossible for us to name a fixed price here. For the demolition of a concrete floor, we can of course specify an exact and fixed price. For this you only need to request a quote with enough information so that we know exactly what kind of floor we are dealing with. You will understand that not every concrete floor is the same in terms of dimensions, thickness and material. For example, it can be about reinforced concrete. We make sure that you are now the most profitable at we demolish.

We assume that if you apply for a quote, you probably do not know how to demolish a concrete floor and may also have no understanding of concrete floors (and probably do not want to have this at all). That is why it is important to send some photos. Often we can then quickly see what we are dealing with and provide you with an exact price quote.

Of course, you want to keep the costs for demolishing concrete as low as possible. This is because in many cases they are unforeseen costs and that is why the price is the most important thing. The costs for removing a concrete floor depend entirely on the number of m2, the thickness of the concrete floor, the number of rooms and whether or not the waste has to be disposed of. Therefore, there is no fixed price. Therefore, feel free to request a free custom quote. Don't know how thick your concrete floor is? Then we can also calculate the work for you on an hourly basis.
